Orders are taking 1-2 business days to process. Shipping times vary by courier and what you select at check out. We thank you for your understanding. 
******Due to the warmer weather we are only shipping on selected days. 
Orders will be processed and shipped Monday- Wednesday. 
if we are shipping out of province we may hold your order until the next week.
All orders are shipped with insulated packing and cold packs during warm weather. 
All Gelato orders ship on Wednesdays with dry ice and overnight shipping 

***please note/ if you are located in a remote location in Canada we may not be able to ship 1-2 days in warmer weather, the only option maybe 4-5 days depending on your location. We will still ship your order with extra cold packs. 

***we are NOT responsible for parcels that are marked at delivered.

We ship to Canada and the US.

We ship CANADA wide for free with minimum order of $75.00

*** If you have selected EXPRESS SHIPPING and we are shipping to a PO BOX or Apartment/Condo or remote location we will ship with Canada Post EXPRESS.

UNITED STATES Shipping fees are $15.00 Flat rate.

We ship with all couriers, we use the best option for your location, unless Express is selected at check out for an additional fee.

All orders over $75.00 ship free. Any orders below $75.00 are subject to a $10.00 delivery fee for most Provinces. Calgary and British Columbia are subject to a $20.00 shipping fee if the minimum order of $75.00 is not met. During the summer months we ship in insulated packaging and with cold packs. When placing your order please ensure someone is home to except your order or consider shipping to your work address. Also note that dispatch times will change in summer months - if you live in Ontario/Quebec we will dispatch Monday- to ensure you receive your order before the weekend, if you are outside Ontario we will dispatch your order Monday - Wednesday to ensure your parcel is not sitting in the heat over the weekend in a warehouse.

** Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon are subject to shipping fees - orders over $75.00 are subject to a $10.00 shipping fee, and orders under $75.00 are subject to $30.00 shipping fee

If you are looking to have your order EXPRESS Shipped - there is an additional $20.00 fee at checkout to have it shipped 1-2 business days via FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Purolator. (if you are in an apartment/condo or in a remote location we will expedite it via Canada Post) 

We offer local Pick up.

Please expect 2 business days to fulfill your order before it ships.

Couriers that we use are Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, ICS, Purolator, Canpar and a local private courier. Depending on what you selected at check out and where you are located will depend on how we ship your parcel.
