You know that fresh smell you get of juniper and oranges as you walk down the path of a Christmas tree farm, that fresh smell of Christmas. Well we managed to trap that smell into a chocolate bar
We use our Peru 70% chocolate as our base, Ontario maple sugar to sweeten it, then ad a touch of juniper leaves and grind in some whole freeze dried oranges.
It’s sweet, savoury and delectable!
