The Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Alto Urubamba Ltda. N ° 239 is a company dedicated to the collection of cacao beans, collected from the harvests of its cooperative members who manage their crops with ecological and organic standards. The organization is located in the city of Quillabamba belonging to the capital of the Convention.
Chuncho beans are harvested at altitudes that range from about 400m to 1200m above sea level. From an academic perspective Chuncho is very sought after, mainly because of the genetic isolation it has had in this region.
