Where are you located? We are in Burlington, Ontario Canada

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store I can come to? Why yes, yes we do! 

Where do you ship? We ship to Canada and the US.

How long does it take to process my order? Generally, takes 1-2 days to process orders. Shipping time through the couriers is additional timing.

Are all your products vegan? Yes, every single item is Vegan.

What about Gluten? We are a gluten free facility. All our products come in the raw form and have their gluten free certificates.

Are your products soy free? While we do not use soy in any of our cooking, our nut products are processed in a facility that also processes soy, so their may be a small trace.

Are your products organic? 95% of our products are organic, the ones that are not, are natural.

What about GMO’s or artificial flavors? No, no and no, this goes against everything we do and are!

Is there an expiry date for your products? All our chocolate is hand tempered, so you can expect it to be good on your shelf for at least 18 months. Products that have freeze dried fruits are good for 6 months, and our famous turtles and confections are good for up to 6 months.

What kind of sugars do you use? We do not use refined sugar; we use coconut flower nectar – don’t get the nectar mistaken for coconut palm sugar they are two different things. Our coconut nectar is made from the sap of the coconut tree flowers. It is 100% Organic, Low Glycemic (GI of 35), Gluten-free, Non-GMO, and vegan.  You will also notice that a few of our products contain Ontario Maple Syrup - Ontario Maple Syrup- is distilled from the sap of an Sugar Maple trees in springtime. It takes 40 gallons of pure sap to make one gallon of pure syrup each season.

Is your chocolate fair trade? Better - it's ethically sourced and direct trade. We pay the farmers more then if it was fair trade. We ensure there is no child labour that comes with our cacao.

Can I order chocolate online in the summer or when it is hot? Yes, you can. In the warmer months – we ship in insulated boxes with freezer packs, so your chocolates do not spoil. This normally runs from mid April - Mid October.
