Have you ever wondered what it would be like to make Chocolate Covered Strawberries or Bananas, Tasty Dates, or Truffles?

Let us show you how and let’s have some fun doing it!!!

You will learn some Chocolate History so that you can understand where and how Cacao comes to be. What flavors Cacao Beans can take on and why and a little about the process of Bean to Bar chocolate making.

Then comes the fun!

You will get your own batch of Chocolate (70% Dark) and learn how to temper it and why it’s so important to temper it. We will show you how you can do this at home without machinery. I guess you would call it the OLD FASHION WAY.

Then comes the dipping!

Pick which you would like to dip first, dip, let it set, and enjoy or take it home.

This is a 90mins class

Unfortunately there is no refunds on the space sold.
