This combo works so well together Base chocolate for this is our Peru Ucayali River 70% then we toasted some organic macadamia nuts, reduced down some awesome Ontario maple syrup and mixed it all together and topped it with some sea salt, it’s a wild and flavourful combo.
You get some nice chucks of maple and macadamia nuts all in one bite.

Ucayali River Cacao has partnered with USAID and Alianza Peru to give local farmers access to an alternate market to cocaine. Working with around 400 smallholder farmers with one to three hectares of land each, Ucayali River Cacao buys wet cacao at a premium price
